This 60 minute training introduces Georgetown University employees at all levels to the performance management lifecycle at Georgetown (probationary period, ongoing communication, mid-year review, and annual review) and how to best manage and track your performance progress, evaluate yourself, and build a performance relationship with your supervisor. This session is a general overview of the process and is strongly recommended to complete prior to attending a workshop.
