Join us for the next webinars in our series on the unwinding of the Medicaid continuous coverage protection hosted by CCF and the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. Since the 60-day advance notice date of ending the current public health emergency (PHE) declaration has passed and no notice was given, we can assume that the Biden administration will extend the PHE past October. If that is the final 90-day extension, the PHE will end in mid-January and states will be able to disenroll individuals beginning February 1, 2023. With this timeline in mind, now is the time to create an effective mechanism to gather and analyze feedback from the field to identify recurring problems, bottlenecks, and system glitches during the unwinding process for state Medicaid agencies to address and resolve. This will be the subject of our webinar on September 7th. Our following webinar on September 22nd will focus on key Medicaid data and performance metrics and other ways to monitor the impact of the unwinding on enrollees. On October 20, we will focus on communcations.
