That is NOT helpful when attending the presentation. Also, screen shots are impossible to see, Neither of these practices meet requirements for accessibility,
Bethany Schreiber

Thank you for your feedback. This is something we can definitely work on.

I had to go to six Neurologists over 25 years before I finally found someone who correctly diagnosed my MS. Could Latinex patients be less likely to receive an MS diagnosis because they are less likely to be persistent in their search for a diagnosis and treatment?
Luis-Manrique-Trujillo
04:39:54
Dear David, thank you for your question. I do not think they are less persistent but they could often times minimize their symptoms or get tired of going to many visits without clear answers. We are trying to figure out how these potential barriers are affecting minorities and hopefully propose strategies to address them

About low vision clinics, they do not always have the best information about vision loss from MS. The one clinic in the area I spoke with were 100% sure my vision would never return and tried to sell me some very expensive treatment. How do we find a reputable clinic?

Thank you for the doctors at Medstar. I am a patient who has no problem with self advocacy. But staff and doctors at Medstar make my job as a patient less stressful for my best healthcare.
