In response to Dr. Juravich, how then platform workers can organize based on their knowledge about labor process? Unlike the factory regime, platform labor process is controlled by pre-determined algorithms. So, the question is how platform workers can intervene and disrupt?
What policy recommendations do the panellists for addressing the precarity of work and lack of social protections on digital labour platforms?
