In our current moment, I’ve observed a lot of excitement and interest in workplace organizing and pushing for broad, visionary change, but at the same time, I’m hearing from folks who are also struggling with burnout, trauma, grief, etc. It can be really hard to keep up the fight at the moment. I’m curious if there are practices and strategies folks are experimenting with to help the folks you are organizing with to heal and contribute to the labor movement in a way that feels whole and right to them right now.
