I guess I am struck that debriefs of this sort used to be the norm in my own training—but that was a long time ago (in a galaxy far far away)

Steve, this kids are our future and what make our system (potentially) special. They are all great, hard working, caring, productive docs. We will not keep, and grow them because of their love for MMG. It is the full richness of what we do here as well that I really believe is the key to greatness.
