I would also add that the professional standards that we grew up with may have evolved over time, so we have to take a hard look at where we got the messaging about the standards we have e.g. standards set in male-dominated fields in the 70’s may not be how we want to define “professionalism” today and our younger learners may be more in tune with those evolved standards
