Is there security in each res hall?

All of our residential buildings are locked 24/7 with GOCard access. All elevators and stairwells are also secure and only accessible via GOCard.

I don't recall hearing about LLCs during the housing process. Was that an option available to students this year?

My son read somewhere that there are delays in mail and not to ship essentials to campus. Is that true?

No, Students in School of Health will have physical GOCards but those work the same as digital GOCards.

How (if at all) delayed should we expect deliveries to be at move in / beginning of the school year?

With over 5,400 students moving in over 3 days, we discourage anyone from shipping any essential items that you need in the first few days.

You should expect some delays with packages.

What items are forbidden in the rooms? Can they bring candles?

If a student goes to take a shower, will they have to carry their phone? will the door lock and how will they get back in?

Does mail get sent directly to their dorm or is there a central area to pick up mail/packages, like a campus post office.
