GHUCCTS in the (Virtual) Community
GHUCCTS in the (Virtual) Community aims to promote clinical research awareness, diversity in research, and community engaged research through virtual outreach efforts that will be held monthly.

Our June event is entitled, “Empowering Patients to Have a Say in Treatment: Thyroid Cancer and Radioactive Iodine Therapy”. Join us to learn how results from clinical research may help empower patients to have a say in treatment received for thyroid cancer. We will also discuss how to find a clinical trial for any health condition.

The Georgetown-Howard Universities Center for Clinical and Translational Science (GHUCCTS) is a partnership of medical research institutions. The center was created to transform clinical research so that new treatments and cures for disease can be delivered to patients faster.
Meeting is over, you can not register now. If you have any questions, please contact Meeting host: GHUCCTS Administration.
