1st Annual Manresa Lecture with Professor Marcia Chatelain
Chaos or Community? The Unfinished Work of Civil Rights and the Unending Power of Hope

The Manresa Lecture is a collaborative effort of Georgetown Alumni Clubs around the world that seeks to connect our members with each other and encourage transformation in our home cities through an annual lecture featuring a notable figure. Manresa is the town in Spain where St. Ignatius Loyola experienced profound transformation and developed the "Spiritual Exercises." The annual event is organized and collectively sponsored by individual Alumni Clubs.
